Interactive Notebooks

[in-ter-ak-tiv] [noht-boo k]: The Interactive Notebook or INB was first developed by Teach TCI for use in social studies classrooms. The purpose of the INB is to enable students to be creative, independent thinkers and writers. INBs are used for class notes as well as for other activities where the student will be asked to express his/her own ideas and process information presented in class (interactive-notebooks, 2007).
